We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, super close to everything. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool which was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a bottle of water on arrival. Additionally, the breakfast provided in the hut outside was delicious and there were always enough seats for our family.

Upon arrival at Urcu, we were greeted by Mr. Ibrahim, the owner, who immediately made us feel at home. He personally assisted us during a difficult situation when I developed an eye infection after visiting the waterfalls. Mr. Ibrahim not only provided transport to the medical facility but also stayed with us throughout the lengthy waiting time, ensuring all our language translation needs were taken care of. This level of care and assistance truly made our stay special.
